IMG_7799 on Flickr. I have put new photographs up from recent trip to the Park de Hoge Veluwe located just outside of Arnhem. It was a beautiful day biking through the park. We saw deer and boar, sand dunes, a full moon, gliders and hot air balloons. At the Kröller-Müller Museum we saw works by Van Gogh, most importantly ‘The Potato Eaters’ and ‘La Berceuse (Portrait of Madame Roulin)’ both of which I remember learning about in school. We also got to se two of his self portraits. Out front was a work by Dan Graham titled “Two adjacent pavilions” which I found incredibly intriguing However we arrived late to the museum and only walked around for half an hour. We missed the whole inner sculpture garden. Must return soon.
